1.The material is lead brass(GB4425-86.HP-95-1)forged with advanced non-oxidation technology.Mechanical strength is good with fine and clear outline.

2.The flattening on the bended portion of copper tube is 90%-106% of the tube diameter.Wall thickness reduction is less than 30%.No bending lines inside of tube.

3.The verticality tolerance of copper tube end plane is less than 3 degree.

4.Automatic welding technique is used on the joints of copper tube and brass base.Welding filler is applied to full position.No air cavities and over burning.No leakage under 3 minutes of 4.5MPA pressure test.

5.Surface is non-chrome oxidation treated for good welding performance.
